Business Process Improvement Tools:


                There are many different techniques and business process improvement tools which help the managerial accountants and other operational management teams to improve their production process and put more value to their work.  These all are very important to discuss here  these processes have many types but some of them are as follows:

Continuous:

Continuous improvement process is a type in which a company put some things from its effort on a continuous basis to improve their practices and improve their performance to achieve their stated goals and objectives.

Batch:

Batch is a type of business process in which the company manufactures the goods and products according to their types and to their processing schedule and every process is divided into different batches as per its operations and as per its cost and production value.

Hybrid:

That is a combination of continuous and batch processes we use both techniques in it to analyze our manufacturing process and make improvement in it.

Making Stock:

Making Stock means to make a stock of you value cable products and then distribute them in the market for sales. We have the examples of Toyota, Ford and General Motors here which are involved in this kind of process and they are doing their efforts to make much improvement in their processes.

Make to Orders:

The Processes of food restaurants like Pizza Hutt, Dominoes and much more like it. We submit the order and then the process of making food is started.

There are many other business processes which help the managerial accountants to manage their production process and make some improvement in it like the activity based management in which a business manage its every processing activity according to its value for the business. That’s the reason we know the activity based management technique as ABM processing techniques in which the whole process divide into different activities.

Just in time approach or Kaizen which is normally using by the Japanese is a very effective approach which generates tickets for every business process and through the better and improved way the business complete it's all processes.

Every business managers need to analyze their business activities performance and use the performance measurement charts and other techniques to manage their performance. The activities of the value added to its final product or service and the value added cost these both are the two different techniques which help the business to manage its performance and work hard to make improvement in it.

Re-engineering business process is a very effective and improved technique that helps the business to re arrange all the process and manage every activity through its identification process tasks and value weight age determination and through continuous monitoring improve the whole business process.

Benchmarking is another continuous improvement making process which helps the business to understand and identify it production services and through information management and performance monitoring tools achieve the continuous improvement in the business process and achieve the future marked goals and objectives
