                Information technology and online communication change the world. Now the virtual business market has a very big impact on changing the economic systems of the world. But there are many problems which demand solutions form us regarding the virtual business communication. Yes, I am talking about the mistakes which we face in our everyday life during the hiring of staff through virtual technologies. We need their solutions and we need to reduce their impact on economics and business job market.  There are some common problems which are mostly faced by the business persons during hiring the staff for virtual operations at different locations.

These problems are related to operations progress developments, locations, daily updates, communication and information sharing through virtual means, Staff abilities and expertise level issues, and operations planning and virtual business privacy and security.

When a virtual business takes place the business management needs the expert’s staff for its operations and projects. The first problem the management face is the staff hiring form different virtual location and make a link between them to start the operations of the business form all the virtual locations. Now there are many companies they develop their own unique applications and web portals to link up with their employees from any location of the world. The other most possible problem is the daily working updates and their communication between each other. The business staff and personal need a very strong unbroken link to make a strong link between each other. The business needs very able and expert staff for their virtual operations. Because when we compare the one-on-one meetings with virtual meetings so there is a big gape always exists of thoughts and information sharing which cannot be overcome through any strong virtual link. They planning on new projects and their execution virtually is very difficult tasks the main an common threat is business privacy and security. Because of the threat of business information hacking, theft and sabotage are always exits.


These are the common problems or sometimes called as mistakes which the business management face during the hiring of virtual staff and project consultants for their business operations and projects.
